How much does a workshop cost?

Half-day workshops start at €1,500 for up to 30 people. Full-day sessions start at €2,500. Multi-session courses start at €4,000. We always provide a fixed quote before you commit.

How far in advance should I book?

We typically need 2–3 weeks to prepare a tailored workshop. For large groups or multi-day programs, 4–6 weeks is ideal. Urgent requests are possible — just ask.

Do you travel outside Lithuania?

Yes. We deliver workshops across the Baltics, Germany, and Switzerland. Travel costs are quoted separately. Virtual workshops are available worldwide.

What group size works best?

8–20 people is the sweet spot for interactive workshops. We can handle groups up to 200 for keynote-style sessions, but the format shifts from hands-on exercises to presentations with audience interaction.

Can you customize the content for our industry?

Always. We tailor every workshop to your company's context — the examples, exercises, and role-play scenarios use your real-world situations. We've worked with tech, finance, legal, government, and professional services.

What do participants get after the workshop?

A summary document with key takeaways and personal action points. For multi-session programs, we also provide a follow-up session 4–6 weeks later to reinforce learning.
